Does anyone know where I can get some? Also what do you think of them, do they make a big difference?

well you can get some dura-blue wheel spacers. any spacer with a 4/110 bolt pattern will fit up to your hubs. you will then have to either get stud extentions that dura-blue sells or you can press out the original studs and run longer bolts.

you might try and locate a set of hubs off of a 250X or 300EX quad. they run the same spline count and size as the 83-4R's and they are an extended style hub that will give about 3" of extra width total. and then if you get a hold of a set of high offset rims then you dont need spacers. the dura-blue spacers will only give you 5" of total extra width.

i have the durablues on mine they work fine and make the trike a lot more stable, especially if you have flatter profile tires (holeshots, razrs etc) vs the balloon type. i run some old school cepek tires on my r with the spacers and its miles better than it was w/out the spacers and the "balloon" pro vector tires. the other option Atcwrench gave you i considered but the spacers cost less than the hubs and a set of rims.
