    whats this switch? 225dx

    i just got this 3 wheeler and have been trying to figure out what this switch is for. it says "on" on it. i am talking about the lever in the center of the picture

    That is the decompression lever. Flip it up before you pull start it, this will make it easier on your arm and the pull start pully.

    As the Fox has stated - it is your decompression lever - that "ON" is actually a "NO" as in "no compression" - LOL just kidding - Welcome to the boards Enjoy your stay, as you may very well become addicted and only have internet service for this very site!

    decompression switch huh? anything that makes it start easy i'll try. thanks

    Try pulling it a couple time witout lifting it.Just kidding,if you don't pull it fast enough you will have it pulled right out of your fingers and it hurts.

    Nice, is that the 650? I see a Kerker exhaust, how is it? I was thinking about switching over to a 4-1 pipe for a change of scenery. Here is mine, haha the only recent pics. I have of it have 4 weeks worth of stuff straped on .

    the kerker exhaust is great. i really like the sound of it and it makes it look more like a racer. the engine is a 550. you would probably like the change of exhaust.
