What parts from other motors fit on a 350x motor

hey everyone,
this is kinda my first post here....i have a 350x motor in a TRX250R chassis and am just looking into some mods for it. I was trying to figure out if any other head pipes or even heads will fit on the 350x...i heard something about a 400ex headpipe fitting this motor.

lol i bought it allready in the TRX frame...i wanna keep it that way...and get another ATC350x

ok yes 400ex header will work, the only other head i know of that will out proform the stock head is a early 80s ascot 500 head....but you need to do minor machineing to get it to fit

we also found out that 300ex oil pumps bolt right on if you use the 350x gear

oh and Slinky...........next time use the quad part of the forums....those guys wont yell at you...lol

thanks man....i can take a little whining from these guys, i'm gonna see if i can get a 400ex exhaust to work on mine....i still havnt heard back from HRE about the frame..i hope he can help me out...i'll be in the quad forum shortly lol

ahem...so the 400ex headpipe will fit? I'm on the hunt for all new parts.

it will with some tweaking i hear....but its not so great for a top end type of motor since it still is tiny tubeing.

i like cobra headers and i have bin told they will sell them seperate
