    Help W/ Fbg Lectron Carb

    HELLO ALL! I HAVE A ATC 250R THAT HAS A FBG (FAST BY GAST) LECTRON CARB. I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT SIZE IT IS, IT WAS ON MY TRIKE WHEN I BOUGHT IT. MY PROBLEM IS, FOR SOME REASON WHEN I TRY STARTING MY TRIKE IT STARTS FOR A COUPLE SECONDS, THEN GETS COMPLETLY FLOODED OUT WITH GAS AND LITERALLY POURS OUT OF MY SNORKLE AIR-INTAKE. ONE PERSON TOLD ME IT WAS MY REEDS, I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THE HELL REED ARE FOR. PLEASE EXCUSE MY IGNORANCE...I'M JUST LEARNING AS I GO WHEN IT COMES TO WORKING ON THE TOY'S. I'M JUST A PAINTER BY TRADE.
    I KNOW THIS IS A SOMEWHAT RARE CARB TO RUN ON THIS TRIKE, HOWEVER IT RAN PERFECTLY WHEN I BOUGHT IT, SO I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON.
    ANY WELL EXPLAINED ADVICE WILL BE MUCH APPRECIATED.

    Sounds like the float is sticking!Take the carb off,open it up and clean it out with carb cleaner. That should take care of it.
