Can I put a 200m engine in a 185s frame? I figure the starter motor will get in the way but by how much? Could I just dent the frame to make the clearance I would need?

It can work,you just need to dent the frame where the starter goes. You'll need to make a battery box, mabey on the frame under the grab bar.

I have done this swap. You can either remove the starter motor or dent the frame. A very slight dent in the frame is all that's required.
