My cracked ATC 110 w/ blue plastics!

Here are some pictures of my blue 1983 Honda ATC 110. It ran for years perfectly, would start in two pulls no matter the weather. She finally broke, right in half a few months ago, do to riding and having no suspension. Never even jumped her or anything. Well anyways here they are, along with some other ATC's.
-Also tell me what you think, and would a new frame be all I need ( I also need the front engine mount). Would a 1985 110 frame fit the 83' 110? There's one on Ebay I'm looking at. Thanks,
    JTM

gee thats a hell of a place to break it. from what I have seen the '85 frame is no different than the '83 frame (buddie in my shop class brought his in to work on).

the 85 110 frames have chain adjustment like a atc 200s. so that mite be a problem. you'll need the rear end assemble also. it gives you a 2 or 3" longer wheelbase it'll steer better less pushing.

83's use the idler pulley setup

i did the exact same thing to my blue 83 110 the frame was broke when i got it at a auction for $12 and it runs. it had a hondaline rack on it and the frame was broken off at the grab barb mounts. i found a 85 110 for $50 missing the tank, plastic, wiring harness and carb and switched my engine.wiring and blue front end over. it worked perfectly. i have some carb isssues o work out it runs good only with the choke on.

What about a 79' 110 frame? Do you think it will fit?

Anything before 1984 will fit, but it will need the earlier rear end assembly. Only the 1985 frame and rear end will work with 85 or later frames. You can bolt your engine into a 1975 frame if you want, but it will have to use the earlier rear end assembly that uses the idler chain setup.
