300ex shock works. Must swap the top bushing for the 3/8 200x bushing unless you drill the top mount to 7/16. Bottom will not fit unless you drill a 7/16 hole and relocate where it is bolted too. Just remember nothing is going to ride like the stock shock, simply because its not meant for it!
Cool, thanks. And my 200x rear shock is super bouncy, its like I'm riding on the spring only. So I'll have to drill on my swing arm to use it? I don't really like that. Why does it have to be drilled? What is different about it? Also the 300ex shock doesn't have the resi but the 200x does, that's kinda messed up and kinda sucks. But you can a 300ex rear shock for like $30 shipped so that's nice.
And I know the shock isn't meant for it but I really can't see ride and handling being affect much more than if you had a 250 guy on a bike then put a 150 guy on the same bike, if that makes sense.
