loosen up the rear spring a bit, it may be too stiff. loosen the nut, then loosen the big round thing, that the spring touches, then tighten the other nut up.

It needs to be set for your weight and riding style. I have only ever adjusted a couple.
If your heavy and like to jump increase tension. If your light and just light trail ride then decrease.
You can try adjusting it a little at a time until you get it to where you like.
