    Question need tri z guys help..

    ive got 85 front forks just wondering the best way to clean ...with what... and how much oil to put back in...also is there anything bad i should look at ...i heard fo changing the springs around what does that do ...thx

    changing the springs around lowers the forks..unless drag raceing i wouldnt recomend it. cleaning..inside or the out side? progressive sell stiffer springs, Witch i highly recomend.

    oh sorry 10W fork oil and 334cc for the 85 front shocks.
