Well ? we will see tonite after the tread mill test .... no cigs or beer since last sunday... just lettuce,water,baked chicken and egg beaters... i guess when i reach Nathan's Weight my "stock" RAG will be fast ?Dang, Ronnie. Congratulations on quitting......I guess.

LOL, ronnie Im right there with ya! thats the diet my doctors put me on 4 years ago, it helped alot, but then would you beleive the told me I lost to much weight?! also cut out real sugar and use a substitute shuger such as equal, or splenda.
