    Question Can you hook up a H.I.D lighting Kit to our 3's ?

    I been thinking if it's possible to Hook Up a Hid light kit , i hear they draw 35- watts ...

    What do you guy's think ?

    has any one seen this ?

    ive seen it on a quad (2005 400ex) and i heard it damages your stator
    but im not sure.
    i want some for my kfx 400
    bright as crap!

    its very possible, and it works great. The Trail Tech kits are the easiest to use IMO.

    hey, easy to hook up,but your stator may not put out enough. you may need a bigger{more amps} stator, and a battery to run those.
    one cylinder is not enough!!

    Check into "Niterider" bicycle lights. The batteries are usually small and last a few hours on a charge. Th HID's aren't cheap but it's simple and you can swap it from bike to bike or whatever else you want to use them on. There's also a couple of other companies out there that make them too. They are really bright also.
