Something that made me cry........

I've been wanting a factory Tach and or Speedometer for my 350X for awile to give it the "I'm rare" look, and recently my friends neighbor aquired a 84 250R for $300 in fair/poor shape. The dudes new bike is experiencing a ground up restoration that has been very impressive.

Anyway the other day my brother was over at his house checking it out, and noticed a cable and hub gear lying next the the bike. "What's this?" he asked the guy. "Oh my bike came with a factory speedometer, and I didn't want it so I threw the guage away"..............

Needless to say I am still very emotional over the matter. Man some peoples kids!

thats why i never throw parts out,even if i wont need it,somebody will,i know ppl who throw good parts out when they get aftermarket,they throw away the oem parts.........idiotas

That is a sad tail.

I second the used parts stockpile, after I'm done with my Z rebuild I'll hit the site with a couple boxes of stuff I didnt or dont need.
