    adjusting rear suspension

I am going to set up the 250R for flattrack if nobody decides to buy the major parts SOOOO, how do you adjust the rear suspension? I see the piece right above the spring that would be adjusted, but....I want it raised UP so the spring will decompress making it good for tracking. Right now it is stiff for MX and set up for a 220lb rider. Should I just leave it and buy a lowering link? Or what...any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Also, where do you put the shock Rezzy? I am having trouble finding a place for it seeing the space is taken up by the airbox. Thanks.

WOW, NOBODY KNOWS THE ANSWERS!?> There are quite a few on this board with 250R's who RACE that MUST adjust their shocks AND also many have restored them and KNOW where the rear shock rezzy is placed... Is it just me? I am dumbfounded.

the shock rez goes on the side of the frame (left side) right above/front of the upper chain roller, aslo the best way to lower the rear end is with an adjustable lowering link, I made my own link, I can adjust it all the way down to over the stock hight.
