TRI-Z anyone with a powervalve setup? Ever seen one? Comments or pics would be great.

Has anyone ever ran the yz topend on a tri-z before? And if so how did it perform. I have heard wrench report offered a over the counter kit back in the day, but i have never seen one. This would certainly be a unique setup if it could be pulled off cleanly. Not to mention the gains in power across the board. Just wondering since i have a 86 that is BEGGIN for it.

I have to keep it since there will be no guarantee that i will like the PV top end, and have to go back stock. First i have to locate all of the necessary components to make this happen, if for no reason other than eye candy.

Well i went to yamaha thurs and ordered everything that i could other than cylinder, which has been long since discontinued. Well after $380 it seems i am in fact committed to this project. I am in no kind of hurry just want to get the parts while i can. Its not gettin any easier to locate them. Cant wait til TF07. survived 05-06----good times----
