1984 Honda 200es rear brake drum

I have a 1984 Honda 200es.Need to know how to remove the scoaring from the inside of a brake drum. Better than that, where can I get a new drum without paying $160 cdn at honda. I live in Halifax N.S. Canada.........anybody in the area with parts for this trike?

I have a mechanic that turns old discs and drums. Maybe you can find a good mechanic in your area to resurface yours (within Honda Specs in your manual) ? I have done this with a few of my rides. Works great just like new !
Is this the front or rear drum ?? I have a spare front drum if needed ? I am in Northern NY (30 miles from Kingston , Ontario)

Rear drum. How do they do that? I know how it is done on a car but I did not think they could do a trike drum with the splined shaft hole in the center.
