85 SX wont start, no spark!

Well, Ive had this SX for awhile now. Ran great in the summer and was a champ.

Than a few months ago the choke went all funny so I fixed that and rode it around for 20 mins. Then I parked it.

Came back a few weeks ago to start it, DEAD nothing, notta, ZIP

Check for spark, fuel all that. Then I checked for a ground but Im terrible at electrical and dont know where to start. I coundlnt even find the ground either

But, when will was over we were having a problem with the key switch sometimes working and night, so how do you bypass it? Just unplug it? and try again?

Any other suggestions are welcome please......

    thanks guys

Check battery connections, main fuse, also there is a fuse that connects to the starter solenoid.

down by your right foot are two plugs. Make sure they are in, if not it wont let you start it because those are the reverse and neutral sensors. Now as far as bypassing the key it can be done but I don't remember which wires I plugged in where to get it to work. I can check tomorrow night for you if you really want to bypass it
