I Think I may have scored Big Time. Updated Pics

Well like the title says I think I may have scored a good deal. I called a guy about an Ad and heres the deal:
    1 Atc 70 1984 runs good $125
1 atc 70 all there but motor taken apart $30
1 Tri-zinger motor runs good, but bike will not move $95.
I haven't seen them yet, but the guy says they are in real good shape, all plastics there and seats covered. I will find out tomorrow evening and hopefully if all goes well I will post some pictures. So What do you guys think would make the Yamaha not move, the guy says drive shaft, but i am think Clutch. What do you guys think.

The trizinger doesn't really have a clutch assembly per say, it only has one speed. If the rear is dry in the trizinger, that could do it, or the drive shaft having a problem.

I wish i could find a deal in general lol. Really though its like people in Louisiana dont know about Ebay or something. There is alot of trikes around here most of which are utility models, there is a guy up the street that has a 350x in ok condition but the only way to get a trike around here is to walk up to someones door and ask them if they will sell it to you. I see big reds and 125Ms more than anything though....im really thinking of going to that guys house and asking him about that 350.

I will Let you know if it doesn't, I was going to bid the atc 70 you won on Ebay a few weeks ago, but I reconized you as a bidder and let it go so maybe you could get a deal on it.

i appreciate that. I got a steal on that 70, but it is in really bad shape. Everything worked fine until about 5 minutes of riding and now it has been one thing after another and some of them are those mystery problems. So i know i am going to need parts. Good luck and send pics if you get them.

I have a few extra parts for those, I am planning on putting a few of them together for my 2 youngest sons, I have 4 sons. Not sure what you need, but maybe I have some spares lying around, I have been cleaning my garage.

Hey depending on how that deal works though, I wouldnt mind the Zinger if you want to part ways with it. Maybe either some trading or cash or whatever. I am trying to build one (or more) up and still would like to have another one to work with. That does sound like a SMoking deal in the mini world though.

Ok here are the pictures. Picked them up last night, all 3 for $240. The atc 70 fired up but ran real rough and would only run with the choke on. I drove it to the end of the driveway and it died and I broke the recoil.
The little zinger fired right up and idles perfect, just won't move, Grinds gears, I plan on taking it apart tonight and having a look. The parts bike came with the disassembled motor only thing it is missing is a carb bowl, original tank, and piston. As you can see the kiddos are very excited. They were all fighting for whos gonna get the zinger. I guess they are tired of Honda red, Every body wants a yellow one.

HUH? no clutch? I wonder how that works? I know the zinger has the cheap elastic power-bands, but I thought it had some type of clutch, just like any other centrifugally clutched machine. Please tell me, How does it work without a clutch assembly??

When a said not a clutch per say, I meant like on the atc70 or the atc110. It has a small centrifugal clutch that the fingers swing out on, but not a normal set of clutch plates. Sorry if I didn't make that very clear.

Well after taking the diff apart, it definetly is the rear end. The gears are all chewed up, maybe I can find a replacement on ebay.
