My honda 200es takes along time to idle. It will idle once the engine warms up but it take longer than normal compared to my other 200es. The plug fouls often and is black. Any suggestions?

get the carb. cleaned out and a new jet kit put on. mine did the same thing, well at least the fouling part. my trike takes at least 10 min. to warm up especially when its cold. i almost have to full choke it for a while.
