Question Restored 250sx is worth how much ???

I found in the local paper a 86 250sx fully restored and in "mint" condition, very clean, everything works, not a single scratch, fade, crack, or blemish. Also comes w/ some extra parts that aren't listed, the seller has it for $1,700 .....is this an okay price ?

If it is indeed "mint," then I say its an alright price. It all depends on how much you like them, and how nice it really is.

I got mine for 700 and it is in very good condition...no cracks in the plastic or anything. the only thing really wrong with it is the decals are kind of torn up and it was dirty.

Not bad, this one I'm lookin at is as shiny and spotless as my quad was the day i bought it new.......fresh power coating, no ripples......mmmmmm just so nice and clean, although i'd trash it in no time, but would be a nice piece to keep for a while and have locked up for a nice collectable.

If you have the "funds" to keep something nice and it's a trike you desire, then go for it.

Most of us don't have the luxary of just showing our toys, we want to ride them. The great thing about a used nice ATC (not a beater) is you can keep it fairly decent and just replace the Maier aftermarket plastic if something gets thrashed. I always look for mechanical improvements rather than cosmetics.
