What kind and how much oil do you use in the forks after replacing the seals.Also took the rear shock apart to clean and paint and need to know the same for it.Any help would be good...Thanks....

Oil - SAE 5W
Amount:
- Reservoir 67mL
- Shock body 155mL
Forks
Oil - SAE 10W
Amount per side:
- 225mL when changing
- 259 - 267 mL when dry after rebuild
