250sx question

does anybody know if the reverse cable off a big red will work on a 85 250sx.I am having trouble finding a cable.anybody got a extra one around.thanks

There are two on ebay right now. I will PM you the links since ebay items are not supposed to be discussed on here.

I have a good SX and a junker, I might have one on the junker, give me till this evening and I will know. It's in a barn a mile or two away, so I must drive there to check it out.

If you were to order a none OEM jobber, measure your stock one and send email to supplier asking for measurement of their cable. 1/2" to and inch longer is no big deal I imagine but 2 or three and it might be too much.

Eye yours up 1st to see if you can go a bit shorter or longer so you know.

Do these few things and it will save you $$ and time possibly by not getting the wrong one.

thanks for the info.I keep losing auctions.I guess I have to suck it up and pay 25 or more for this.motion pro lists a part # but when I order one it never comes off back order.

hello there i got 2 or 3 of them laying around and a whole lot of moter parts for the 250sx no plastic i had 6 250 sx at one time down to 4 now il tale 15 plus shipping from 93060
