My opinion, I'd keep the Z, especially a mint, original 86. Save up and buy an R, they are allot more common and you can get a complete one.

ill trade ya my 86 250r that needs nothing but a rider. i wouldnt trade a mint Z either. i have a fully restored 85 but would love to get my hands on an 86 lol

heres the problem i put new boyseen power reeds and a new uni air filter
and Dg trpe II silencer
it will start first kick and run mint from low end to mid range but in 4 gear and up in the power band it will bog out until i let off for a bit then will weird after :evil:
i so far changed the jet from a 320 to 400 i think???
it has awsom compression and i mix super gas with yamalube oil
my buddie says it might be the gas pump not sending enough fule to the motor in top end
or some one eles says it might be a burnt piston???? i relly need help on this one so i dont burn the trike so PLZ HELP
can i get any diagrams on the motor
