I have doubts it will fit, period. The engine is much larger than the 200x.

Even if it would fit the weight of the 350x engine would crush the 200x frame the first time you hit any rough terrain .
The 200x engine feels like a feather compared to its big brother. No way it would even come close with out major frame mods and even then the pure weight on the smaller frame would never hold up.

I have a friend who put one in an 86 200x, but thats a totally different frame and everything. I know he was asking about an 85 200x, just thought it was relevant enough to be worth mentioning.
85 Tecate, 2002 Honda 300EX, 83 & 84 250R, a bunch of honda 4 strokes from 90 to 200cc, a klt 110, ytm 200, polaris 250 cyclone, '05 Roketa 125 (cheap chinese pitbike to beat on), '69 Scrambler 6x6, and a 52 John Deere B (hey its a rowcrop narrow front, that counts right?)
