    No i didnt buy it he is saying that someone offered him 250 for it so now he wants 250 so i told him ill offer 150 but i cant go 250

    I actually had this bike won for $0.99 the first time he had it listed. He had it listed with no reserve and no starting bid. I retracted my bid after reading the auction more carefully. 1) I noticed that he used PayPal only (which I will not use). 2) His auction was way too indescriptive and the paypal asap thing was wack.
