What other engine fits in a honda 200

hey all engine is toast on one of my 3wheelers. Insted of fixing it i thinking of putting an other engine in. It's a honda 1982 200 chain drive, pull start. No electric start or shaft drive.

Any ideals?

Would you want to go smaller than the 200cc? The 185cc should bolt right on.

A 185s would work....I put a 200 motor in my 200x so I think a 200x motor would go into a 200. You may have to use the 200 intake. And you would have to change the guts of the stator, or use a 200x whire harness. (I would just swap the stator though.) Not to hard.

cool while looking for an engin my freind called me he would give me his Honda cr480 just to make room in his shed. the Front end is smashed to *Edited**Edited**Edited**Edited* including tank but the engine is good the cr480 is basicaly the same as the cr500. Now i am looking for an atc that would fit this without to many modification. lol going from one project to an other.

Try and find a 83-84 honda 250R, Cr480 will go in with some work, and a custom pipe.

cool thanks I am now looking for a 250r fram and the head for a 200 Should be awsome when i am done 480 cc 3wheeler that should boot around the corner realy good.
