Got some time with the zinger today. Need to mod a sprocket & hubs this week. Also need to make a bracket for the top of the shock & make the lower shock linkage bracket. Any suggestions are welcome, you guys helped me tweek the atc 85r I made for my oldest boy.

hey, 83-5 200x seat/subframes work great, have an upper shock mount. looks good so far.

4cylinders, I was planning on using Tri-zinger plastic & seat. I don't know though they might be to short. I guess I'll will make the rear subframe first & see how everything fits.

Here Is the latest picture of the 60, for those who wanted to see It. I still need to make the subframe, get the rear sprocket made, also I need to talk to Moshman about a custom seat cover. I hope to buy some new red rear fenders & maybe a front one also. Man I can't wait to see this thing running.

I think a chopped 200x fender would look cool on the front. What front wheel/tire combo will you be running? That? It looks cool but I know you will want to be looking at saving weight at anywhere's possible. Maybe a 10" douglas? Just a suggestion. What rear tires will you be running? Go cart wheels/tires would look really fly on there. Like the tiger 80's.

I'm going to buy 3 brand new Tri-zinger tires. & run those. I just have the zinger front fender stuck on there for now. I will see what I come up with later, maybe I'll try a 200x fender out. Thanks for the Idea.
