any1 have a good program, all the ones i have aren't allowed, the ext. anyway. i am trying to take a 400kb picture and make it 100, or is that not possible? would it be better to take low quality pics at 78 kb and dont resize em?

i use adobe photoshop. most photo editing programs will let you resize.
