DG Exhaust Jetting Questions
went from a totally stock exhaust and silencer, to a complete DG setup.
all of this on an '85 250R.
was wondering if anyone has already done this?
and if so, how many jet sizes did you go up?
not looking for specific number of jet size...just how many you went up.
specifics on my set up are as follows:
CR250R head gasket
38 mm keihin carb
rad valve with spacer
DG pipe and silencer
112 octane gas mixed 32:1 with mc-1
14/37 gearing
22-11x9 tires
was running #168 main jet with stock exhaust
and plug was light chocolate.
the largest jet i have now is a #175 which seems to be better
but havent done a plug chop yet.
just wondering.....

112 octane race gas w/ klotz R50 @ 32:1
