    Trike Transporter

    Hi,
We did some offroading at the weekend, and couldn't resist taking a bike along with us
My dad made a rack to help lift the bike in and out of the truck and to hold the bike down while traveling. It slides in and out on 4 wheels, and locks into place when inside.
We have to remove the rear wheels and plastic, but it saves having to tow a trailer
I'll post up some other pics from the day in another thread

    Jason

And you even have it high enough from the ground while its sittin on the rack to put the wheels back on...pretty clever man.

Very interesting I have never seen anything like it before! I guess you have to improvise when you don't have a truck and/or trailer!

We can't fit any bigger bike through the door, the axle only clears by about 5mm either side
However, he did make it so it works with a Yamaha BW200 we are currently rebuilding
Here's a couple of pics from the day, my brother (Ivan T) is riding. Got some pics of the truck in action as well, I'll put those in the open forum
