I've been researching this the last few days and have found around 150-200 or more depending on the color or number of coats.

I have had three different places give me prices. If they dont have to switch out the colors they normally use, it should be cheap. They told me if I wanted black or red it would cost 75.00 to 100.00.

Last I had my frame a few misc. parts powder coated for $220. It mostly depends on what you want done.

I had a place in Altoona, PA called Absolute Powdercoating powdercoat my 350X frame. They did it in a red they use on all Honda's blasted and powdered for $100. Very good work they do!!
And I had my throttle, kicker, pegs, header, and a few other little things blasted and powdered by four_by_ken on these boards for $75.

You should put a rush on finding a powdercoater. If your frame sits bare for even a week, you might have to have it redone for the powder.

    I paid around $300 for:

    Frame
    radiater brackets
    mounts
    bearing carrier
    hubs
    and some other misc.

    This also included sand blasting

Expect to spend upwards of $200 for just the frame.

I just paid 200 even for a yellow tri-z frame. Thats sandblasting and in stock powder which was a perfect match. They are the only PCers I know of in New Hampshire, so I don't have much choice. They also told me they can match any color for $40 more to preorder the powder color. I give the frame to them with just a quick degreasing.

My shop also warned me about the backyard jobs and if not done right can chip right off.
