I got this R about 4 months ago, and I just noticed today that the little box by the neck is not there. This trike has the 350X headlite. I didnt know if that makes a difference or not. What is this box and what does it do? The box thats missing is on the right side of the R.

You asked for it. Heres a couple more I took tonight in the messy garage!!! Now I need help with my original question. Also I traded my other 85R for the last Tiger deal, so all I have left is these 2 zillas. The zilla with the flames, needs some tlc, but has alot of goodies on it, including a Trinity engine. The 90 is a cream puff, and really Fast!!!-almost all stock, except pipe and silencer.

that looks like a Tri-z head lightnice zilla.
.I dont know what box you are reffering to for the 250 r. There is aconnector that goes there to connect the original 250 r head light harness

Yeah on the right side, up by the neck. Maybe it is a Tri-Z headlite. Maybe they took that plug off to switch the headlite. I always thought that it was a 350x lite. Always suprises on trikes.
