The 2 allen bolts that hold the carrier tight?
Id just get 2 more from honda. They keep water outta the carrier and swinger.

no, he means the rubber pieces that seal the slots in the swingarm where the carrier slides in. I have tried, I can't keep them in either. I stopped worrying about them, when you put the carrier in, ant-seize the inside of the swinger and outside of the carrier, move the carrier everytime you wash it. Another place to worry about water/rust/corrusion is with the brake stay that goes on the carrier and is held on with the cir-clip.
