1986 200x head. header bolts snapped.

 well my 1986 200x needed some work....and i started with taking the top end apart....went i took the 2 nuts off each of the studs that bolt the header of the stock ehaust onto the head itself. they were so old and rusty they snapped...but the studs stuck out a bit.....luckily i got one out with a little patience and visegrip work....but the other snapped flush...and then i drilled it nicely and then my 'easyout' snapped inside of that....now i have that thing stuck in there.. how can i get the head fixed...should i pay someone....can I drill that hardened steel 'easyout' ...or what... this sucks.
