Hey Guys, I was just wondering if you need a permit from Reading Anthracite to ride at St Clair? I've ridden there before and never got stopped. I wasn't even sure who owned it. Just wondering if anyone heard anything?

Yes you need a permit. Atleast that`s what I `ve been told. Lots ride there without them though. If caught they say you could be fined so just don`t get caught.
