    what pipe is this? 250r sectional cone BIG

    i bought this on ebay. it was listed as a DG pipe, yea right the silencer was DG but not the normal 250r silencer.

    I'm not sure who made it, but they sure do have alot of squared off cuts on it, thats really bad for the pulse waves that work in the pipe.

    Someone did a nice job on that baby. If you look at most any custom pipe they are allmost all sectioned like that. My FTZ drag pipe Is made In sections also. Nice pipe dude. I sure would like to have It.

    Oh no don't get me wrong, I'm not saying its a bad or cobbed together pipe, but the connections and "bends" could have been a lot more curved and smooth instead of angled. It takes more pieces (time) to do it with smooth curves but it makes a better working pipe.

    See how many more sections there are to each bend, and how the arc is more smooth and there aren't any real high places on it? Thats what I'm referring to.

    I had an '86 R several years ago that had a pipe on it exactly like that. It was a Crotch Rocket Factory pipe. Long since out of business.
