350x owners manual

hey i'm wondering if anyone has an owners manual for a 350x. i have a service manual but it doesnt answer some of the questions i have. any help is much appreciated thanks

i'm 6'3" 220lbs, what should i set the rear spring height, the rear shock nitrogen pressure, what dail on the bottom of the shock setting should be.

I don't think the owners manual will help with that, but someone here should be able to help.
