here are some pics of the yz front caliper swap i did to my 86 trx250r. they sell way cheaper then actual 250r ones and not 20 years old and wore out. excuse the dirty golf cart it's to cold to wash it.

the 3rd pic is how you have to egg out the rear hole 3/16 of a inch and grind a little inbetween wear it attaches to the mounting plate.

the 4th pic is how i had to notch the caliper bracket some. if you get one from a 2001 or newer you dont have to do this as much. this one if from a 1998 yzf400
the 2001 and newer models you dont have to egg out the caliper mount holes as much either.

heres some pics of my HREatv swingarm and one off the hole quad. he makes swingarms for the 86 style atc/250r's mines converted to a 88-89 style. plus you can see a little bit of my PEP ZPS rear shock i got off ebay for $250. it works awesome

i threw one of "rex" in there also. it's a 400ex chassis with a 87 250r motor.

funny that you have a swingarm made by HRE atv, they are making for a frame for a 86 atc250r and next will be a 86 200x frame, 85/86 250r front and rear suspension, I'm thinking of a yz450f motor in it.
