    wider 200x axle

i've heard that 81-82 250r axles are swappable with 83-85 200x's and you just need to use the 250r sprocket/hub. are they any wider than the 200x?

i know durablue makes an aftermarket +4 and that it comes with a sprocket hub, you just need an 81-82 250r sprocket for it, but that one is almost 500 dollars!

any ideas on making my rear end wider without using spacers.

400ex hubs will add like 1 inch each side.offset rims would also help.

yeah i had heard that 400ex, 300ex, and 250x hubs will work. i was going to buy some cheap 300ex ones on ebay, but someone beat me to it.

what about 450r hubs though? i found a few sets of cheap 450r hubs that look like they'd add some good width. will they fit on the 200x and still use the same 4/110 pattern?

I believe the splines are the same, definatley the same bolt pattern on the lugs. 450R hubs are brand new for 30$ each at Honda.....
