    Question about 81 atc 250r

I have a chance to trade my 83 atc 200e for an 81 atc 250r that runs and looks pretty good. I just want to know if these are good bikes. How are they?
Here are the PICS I got from him.

    Thanks.

Does that have a disc brake in the rear? looks like it in the pics.... but i could be seeing the sproket.. if so its an 82... I have 2 82 R's, and love them! they are not near the trike an 85 86 is, but they are fast and fun! I myself would make the trade. what condition is the 200 in? the 82 R is really squirly compared to the later models because of the shorter wheel base, and a bit less suspension... you think your kicking ass until an 85 comes by you like your in reverse..haha.. anyways, my 82 is dependable, (starts on the second kick in any weather even after sitting for a month.) and fun as hell! I dont think you will be disapointed.

    Just my opinion.

Looks like a good trade to me!!!
Wikipedia "All Terrain Vehicle" Definition excerpt
Other smaller or lesser known companies, such as Tiger ATV, Franks, and Cagiva, produced racing three wheelers, but in much smaller numbers. Few of these machines are known to exist today and are highly sought by collectors.

It's all in what you want. I love my 82, it's a great all around trike. Suspension is a nice touch as well as opposed to the 200. So it's up to you.

I have a 82 with a 300cc kit on it, I like it quite a bit. The only thing is kinda sucks at is trail riding, it's likes to be wide open and strung out. It's a blast in the dunes.

just try not to overheat it, if it starts pinging, back off it.
