Can anyone figure out this VIN?

We found this bare frame at a friends house, its a 1982 according to the sticker on the fork tube, but thats all thats left of it. The vin is JH3TB0500CC130153, and it doesnt have the fender mounts like the 185's do so its not one of those. Its bigger like a 200 or Big Red frame. There is a big hole in the top of this plate in the rear of the frame, it has a rubber ring around it, almost as if the air box went thru it somehow, but its a stock hole. Can anyone ID what this machine used to be?

Well it looks like a Big Red or 200 frame without a battery box or starter dimple, it also has 'rails' in the back where the toolbox mounts.

So your saying that this frame is from Japan (or some other country) originally, and it was imported into the U.S. by someone? Its weird, its waaaay more solid and better built than any other frame Ive seen, but Ive never seen a frame like this one before.

    Vin

Somewhere's around here I have a chart that gives you all the info ,even where it was made.. Howdy's correct I think,an ATC 200 like below..The hole you talk about is indeed for an airbox tube that went straight up to the plate where you seat grommets are.. another identifier of that frame is it is more squred off on the inside rear of the frame so A tool compartment could slide in there and was secured down by the back bar..
