Well you should be able to get a "real" email address from your ISP provider. Like if you have DSL (thru the phone company), they give you like 3-4 email addresses that you can use. If you have not set this up, then all you should have to do is contact them and they can reset your password to set up the email account. To my knowledge, all ISP providers give you atleast one email account and that includes dial up'ers.
Worse case, just get a buddy that has a real email, to allow you to use his/hers. All you need it for is to set up the account. Once the account is set up, then you can go in and change the email back to a free email.
