Well ive been working on the 85/86 250R project for a couple of months and its getting ready to make its virgin ride out at the dune in a week or two. if you guys dont remeber i this trike for $300 and it had a dime size hole in the piston cuz the guy didnt know how to run it right on alcohol.

so i sold off the fairly nice blue plastics and the pipe and carb and made $200 on the bike and i replaced the stuff i sold with the stock stuff i had and used the $200 for a new piston and top end. so all in all its free spare bike and runs quite good.

Let me know when you're going to the dunes. I'm anxious to see if my R is running better now.

Edit: if you're looking for one of those dull finish maier front fenders, I have one that I'd trade for a glossy one.

Very nice selection of bikes there, and sounds like an awesome deal on the R even if the motor was junked. I'm not a fan of that pipe that was on it either. Are you planning on installing a front fender? Either was it looks great now, TC...

oh yeah the front fender is on its way here from moshman so it will be complete. and Doug were going the 15th through the 18th.

This should be my last ride with the stock swinger hopefully. Should have the High Rev on after this one too.
