I just ordered a new OEM lower one from Service Honda about three weeks ago. Got the one that goes around the front of the swinger too.

The lower roller? It was yellow but it didn't feel like foam to me. Guess it could have been a really dense foam or something but I threw it on there pretty quick without paying much attention to it.
