    1985 Atc 110

Does any one know where I can get one of those racing frames for my ATC 110? Also, a remanufactured engine? I am having a hard time trying to find someone to take me seriously enough to do a rebuild on the engine. I was alos thinking about a Lifan engine replacement but cannot find a pullstart version?

    Thanks!

The lifan is not a direct bolt in for the 110. You would have to change the upper set of bolt holes. If you take your time, why don't you rebuild the 110 your self. All you need are some halfway decent tools and a Honda shop manual. You can buy a prebored cylinder and piston kit, put in a better cam and buy a decent exhaust. As far as the frame, good luck they are few and far between. I posted a 110 for sale under someone elses ad in the classified section that has an aftermarket frame with an 85 110 engine. All it would need is the tank and fenders and seat, but this isn't the place for classifieds. But I'm all the way down in MD.

Well maybe I will try myself. I already have purchased a brand new factory carb, manual and cobra exhaust. I have seen the $150 cylnder heads and pistons on ebay. I am having a problem with the tranny as well. Shifts OK but sometime it is hard o get it into first? Any suggestions?

I tried adjusting the clutch? Didn't help. I guess I will pull the motor out and attempt to do the rebuild. Is it pretty easy to change the piston and head? I am a little weary about valve adjustment?

Yes, please. I need all the help I can get. Where should I start? I think I will purchase the head and piston on ebay. I want to take the whole engine apart and completely rebuild it then. What jet should I be running on it with a K&N air filter and Cobra exhaust?

What is a 110R? Send over some pics of that...

The only problem there is that both intake and the exhaust screws are stripped and I had to over size them. I guess I could just retap them.
