HEy guys when i try to kick start my bike it some time does not catch and make a bad noise like something is catching

it sounds like your kickstart gears are worn, or the spring the presses the gears together may be worn, try the spring first, cheapest option.

where can i get the spring or gears

try ebay if you want second hand parts, or service honda for new parts. i do have a kicker spring that is new that i may sell if you get stuck finding one.

i`ve just checked, i have the kicker return spring which i think might be the wrong one, when i did mine which had similar symptoms to yours, i purchased the lot off ebay.
the part numbers you are probably going to need are:- for 86 r
28211-ha2-670 pinion kickstarter $99.68
28221-ha2-670 rachet kickstarter $24.63
28223-ha2-013 spring kick starter rachet $1.96

if you replace these i`m pretty sure you`ll be sorted, obviously i would try the spring first and place a wanted ad in the advertisement part of this forum, as the other parts are very expensive.
