    Fork skins?

Anyone tried out these fork skins, or something similar on their rides? I purchased the fork skins, but not too sure I like the velcro seam. I think it would look much cleaner with a solid piece, and slip over the forks. Not finding a whole lot of other brands, other than Tusk, but they don't say if they slip around or slide onto the forks.

So, did you slide these over your forks and not have to wrap them around? How well do they work? Would you recommend this brand?

www.sealsavers.com That's where I got mine and they are slip on, with on velcro seam. You have to take the forks out of the triples to put them on. Chris

I have two pairs of Tusk cover and they are not the velcro type. I see if I can find a pair to post pics.

Don't mind the air freshner, I figured you would want to see them streched over the forks but this will have to do. I think they are going to work great on my R.

I think for the "custom look" they look better than fork boots. I just didn't think that these I got with the velcro seam were all that appealling. Thanks for your help, everyone, and I will probably go with one of these other one-piece versions instead.

Sorry about the couple of people that got confused with the skinny tire in the original photo. I probably should explain, so that they don't lose any sleep. That was a photo from the website for the fork skins, and not a trike front tire. It's really hard to see at first, but if you look close, that's a dirt bike tire!
