Need Specs for weekend ride -- 84 Honda 200ES Big Red

Just bought an 84 Honda 200ES Big Red, but I don't have a manual. Could someone please help me out with the following specs so I can get it ready for a ride this weekend:

Spark Plug Number -- NGK ?
Spark Plug Gap
Recommended Gear Oil for the Diff AND Capacity
Oil Capacity

90w oil and fill it until it runs out the fill hole.
