Not sure about a matching paint or anything like that gary. perhaps something like this maybe useful.

I believe it's cadmium plating that gives them that gold look. Eastwood has a cadmium replicating spray paint kit that's designed for restoring cars.

you need to have the bolts electoplated in zinc with yellow chromate thats what the factory uses , any plating shop will do zinc plating standars silver colored bolts are zinc plated with a clear Mike
I just got my batch back today. nuts , bolts , axles , hubs, sleeves, shifters, brake pedal, springs , ect. I'll post a pick later. 4 WEEKS SILVER LAKE!!!!
Here are the pic's I was telling you about. everything turned out nice. Priceing is not bad at all. I did most of my bike last year, frame , swinger , exaust, hard to replace nuts and bolts and more . It cost me almost 200.00 and this time it was not even half that. Lopes![]()
