The e-clips for the pull start on my 200s keep braking or falling off. Any ideas on why this is happening and what i could do to fix it? I was thinking about adding another washer under the spring to put more pressure on the clip but I dont know if that would work or not.

Sounds like the center pin is wore and allowing the washer to turn. The washer turning will cause the clip to fall off and or break. If this is the case you will need to replace the cover ( the center pin isn't "removable" ), if your real good working with metal, then you "Might" be able to repair it. But it won't be very easy.
