Then that would be the difference. I was asking about Renthals and which bend would fit.....

Thanks for trying to help anyhow.

The Renthals will fit just fine. You have to be really careful to get them centered, and if you're as picky as Bob seems to be you can take a round file and knock down the corners on the clamp caps so they fit absolutely perfectly.

Bob is somewhat correct, when you bolt them on the upward bend doesn't fit into the upper clamps 100% flat but its so minimal its not really noticeable. And as far as metal fatigue goes, in my opinion its not that big of a deal. My 250r has cartwheeled down many a coal hill with out me, landing on the Renthal 400ex bend bars hard and repeatedly with no bends, twisted, or any indication of damage, then I hit the mx track and they're solid as ever.

The slight almost unnoticeable fitment issue really isn't an issue. Center those bars and clamp em down tight. If you're picky take a round file and knock the outside corner off the clamp caps. Then they'll fit perfect.

I run Renthal 400ex bend on all my bikes. Just my $.02

I've got the CR high bend on the 500R, and the flat tracker and all fit within the wide clamping area of the top triple tree. Their actually not that low either.

i have cr-hi bend on my 200x, its not very tall but feels good, 400ex bend it just littler higher with little more pull back. atv bends are like 5" or more in hight and can get very high.

I'm in Derrick's corner. The Pro Taper 400ex bend bars fit perfectly and IMO are a better set of bars. I actually ditched my Renthals for the Pro Tapers and I am way more satisfied.
